We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, individualized support and instruction to students with IEPs and 504s through our teletherapy platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized educational plans for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with students, families, and educational professionals to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
- Use virtual tools to create engaging learning experiences and keep accurate records of student progress.
- Regularly communicate with parents and guardians to ensure seamless support for students.
- A Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Candidates must hold a valid Special Education teaching certification from both their state of residency and the state of work's department of education.
- Proven experience working with students with special needs is essential, ideally in a remote or virtual setting.
- Strong proficiency with digital tools and teletherapy platforms, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is crucial.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment is also required.
