Responsibilities:

* Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards and regulations
* Supervise and coach team members to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
* Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales and profit goals
* Monitor inventory and ordering to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and feedback

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
