Client Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Ambassador to join our team at Leixir Dental Group. As a Client Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction: Take ownership of client interactions, providing a white glove experience through inbound calls with a goal of first call resolution.
- Problem Resolution: Provide empathy and trust by de-escalating and resolving client concerns in a professional and exceptional manner.
- Value Promotion: Promote value add in alignment with company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred. Computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Customer Service Skills: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service field, emphasis in a call center environment or hospitality industry preferred. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment and meeting standards.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions.
- Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm and Positive Attitude: Display enthusiasm and a positive attitude – you approach challenges with a can-do spirit and inspire others with your positive energy.
- Initiative: Take initiative – you quickly and accurately identify roadblocks, rally your resources, provide options to our partners, and execute.
- Autonomous Learning: Autonomous learner – you can think, act, and pursue your studies independently; you're motivated to learn about the dental lab space.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication – you understand that communication is key in preventing and turning around a subpar poor experience. Excellent communication is precise, clear, compelling, and personable.

- Feedback and Flexibility: Receiving feedback is important to you – you know that coaching, feedback, and direction are delivered with good intention and necessary to grow and level-up in the organization. Able to be flexible – you can easily shift priorities and manage your time effectively.

We offer a transparent interview process to ensure a fair and equitable experience for all candidates. Our interview stages include:
- Information Screening: A 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
- Panel Interview: A 60-minute interview with two to three key members of the team. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position.
- Offer: The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent.
