Main Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Main Banker to join our team at Saratoga Casino Hotel. As a Main Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash handling operations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Manage cash handling operations, including counting and reconciling cash, coins, and vouchers.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and exchanges.
• Verify and reconcile financial records, including bank statements and inventory reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cash handling or banking environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
