Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our food service areas.

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness and efficiency
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glasses, cups, and utensils
• Empty trash and recyclables, and sweep/mop kitchen floors
• Assist with food preparation and service as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Brookdale's high standards for cleanliness and safety

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
