Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and assist in drafting legal documents under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
  • Participate in client meetings, closings, depositions, hearings, and trials, observing and learning from experienced professionals.
  • Collaborate with our team to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Engage in case management, document review, due diligence, closings, and trials, contributing to client service initiatives and gaining exposure to client relationship management.
Requirements
  • Strong academic record, excellent legal research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively serve client businesses.
  • A self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team, with a competitive mindset to advocate on behalf of clients.
  • Ability to act as an ambassador for our firm, approaching every situation with poise and confidence.
