Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise unit activities and patient movement to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe unit, adhering to all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support patients in achieving their individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Assist with supervision, engagement, and crisis intervention to promote a positive and supportive environment.
  • Accurately document patient behavior and interactions using KVC software.
  • Record client behavior and interactions, providing valuable insights for treatment planning.
  • Update personal profile and track PTO using KVC HRIS, ensuring seamless administrative tasks.
  • Provide patient transportation and assist with meal prep and laundry as needed, demonstrating a commitment to patient care.
  • Attend staff meetings and complete required training to stay up-to-date on best practices and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License and valid Auto Insurance.
  • Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word, and Excel programs, as well as Outlook.

What We Offer:

As a Safety and Security Representative at KVC Health Systems, you will have the opportunity to increase your earnings through shift differentials, with additional compensation available for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
