Disability Care and Support Worker Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Care and Support Worker. This role involves providing care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a home-like setting facility located in the Rialto and San Bernardino areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to adults with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology)Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
