About the Role

Cone Health is seeking a skilled Mammographer to join our team. As a Mammographer, you will play a critical role in the early detection of breast cancer and other breast-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mammographic examinations to detect and diagnose breast abnormalities.
  • Operate mammography equipment and follow established protocols to ensure accurate and timely detection of breast abnormalities.
  • Accurately document findings in Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) systems.
  • Identify and address all charges associated with studies.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safe practices and support a just culture.
  • Stay current with advancements in mammography techniques and ensure ongoing competence in providing quality patient care.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from a radiology, imaging, or related educational program.
  • ARRT (R)(M) MAMMOGRAPHY certification.
  • BLS (CPR) certification from the American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
