Physician Leader for Primary Care

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and emphasizes preventive care, enhanced provider-patient relationships, and administrative ease, allowing you to focus on patient outcomes.
About the Position- You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers, focusing on preventive care, health promotion, and disease prevention.

- Deliver high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions.
- Focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
- Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required.
- Active state license and DEA preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
$115,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
