Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Quality Assurance department and ensure alignment with AS9100 regulations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage the calibration of inspection tools and quality systems.
  • Work closely with customer quality representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of AS9100, FAA regulations, and various inspection tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical abilities.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent residency.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
  • Must pass FAA Drug & Alcohol screening.
