Key Responsibilities- Supervise the Quality Assurance department and ensure alignment with AS9100 regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage the calibration of inspection tools and quality systems.
- Work closely with customer quality representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of AS9100, FAA regulations, and various inspection tools.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical abilities.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent residency.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Must pass FAA Drug & Alcohol screening.
