Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school environment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
  • Administer direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to enhance students' progress and communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
