Key Responsibilities:

* Manage direct reports to maximize productivity, efficiency, and the potential of the human assets of the company
* Ensure the branch achieves assigned loan production goal
* Ensure all branch transactions are balanced at the close of each day
* Ensure member's requests and questions are promptly resolved
* Ensure branch personnel are well trained in all phases of their respective jobs
* Monitor industry trends in lending and deposit operations to feed research and development activities
* Manage and oversee expenses
* Primary Security Officer for the branch

Requirements:

* Two to Five years of similar or related experience
* A high school degree or GED is required
* Significant level of trust and diplomacy is required to be an effective subject matter expert in the position
* Ability to perform job functions independently and work effectively either on own or as part of a team
* Ability to plan and direct the work activities of self and others
* Ability to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions
* Ability to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence
* Ability to perform basic financial calculations with extreme accuracy
* Ability to deal calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures

Working Conditions:

* Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled private office with minimal noise
* Must be able to perform job functions independently and work effectively either on own or as part of a team
* Must be able to plan and direct the work activities of self and others
