Responsibilities and Requirements- Responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion
- Quickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted poles in and out of parking locations
- Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or answering inquiries
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled
- Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environments
- Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight hours in length
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Welcoming and enthusiastic energy when interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to stay calm when dealing with difficult situations
