• Responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion
• Quickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted poles in and out of parking locations
• Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or answering inquiries
• Must be at least 16 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled
• Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environments

• Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight hours in length
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Welcoming and enthusiastic energy when interacting with guests and team members
• Ability to stay calm when dealing with difficult situations
