We are seeking dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team in an outpatient setting located just north of Austin, TX. This opportunity presents a chance to work in a dynamic primary care environment focused on providing high-quality care to pediatric patients.

About the Role

This position involves working in one of three convenient locations situated just north of Austin, offering a great balance between work and personal life. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, preferably with a strong background in pediatrics. We also welcome new graduates who have completed strong rotations in pediatrics and are eager to grow their skills in this field.

As part of our team, you can expect a competitive base salary, complemented by a range of benefits, including sign-on bonuses, loan repayment assistance, and generous vacation time. A language stipend is also provided for those with proficiency in Spanish, although it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, catering to patients of all ages

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Possess a valid license as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Have a strong background in pediatrics, either through experience or education
  • Be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, which includes:

  • A base salary of approximately $120,000 per year, based on location and experience
  • Sign-on bonus and loan repayment assistance
