KenMor Electric Co. LP. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing field tradesmen, producing project layout drawings, and ensuring project safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, man-loading charts, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with the BIM/CAD department to produce project layout drawings and ensure field installation coordination.
  • Interface with General Contractors to discuss project scheduling, performance, and safety issues.
  • Supervise subordinate foremen and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or safety incidents, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform special projects and provide general support to the organization.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in electrical construction, with a Journeyman Electrician license.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical construction projects, meeting performance expectations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel and work extended periods on projects outside the office area.
