We are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team at Leaders Furniture. As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our diesel vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections and ensure timely and effective repair of any problems identified during an inspection.
  • Perform proficient inspection, diagnosis, and moderately complex repair of assigned vehicles.
  • Utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes and initiate or assign repairs.
  • Advises supervisor immediately if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the Standard Repair Times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Fleet Mechanic experience.
  • Proficient in Isuzu Diagnostic Service System (IDSS) or advanced understanding of other diagnostic software.
