About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at The Woodlands Hospital, a primary and secondary care hospital serving North Harris and Montgomery counties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures in the MRI department
  • Enforce magnetic field safety for MRI patients, operator, and visitors
  • Utilize knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, and MRI terminology, practices, and procedures
  • Process images and maintain quality assurance in the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
Requirements
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT (R)(MR)
  • Certified by the Texas Department of Health as a Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
  • BLS certification
