Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Therapist to join our team as a Contract Home Health Speech Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in their homes, focusing on post-surgical recovery, balance, home safety, range of motion (ROM), strength training, and equipment evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, utilizing evidence-based practices and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide 45-minute treatments, with 2 to 3 visits per week per patient, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document progress using our streamlined documentation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage a caseload of 1 to 7 patients per week, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Licensed Speech Therapist in California.
- CPR Certification.
- Recent physical exam within the past year.
- Clear TB Test.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comprehensive mentorship program, pairing you with a senior therapist for guidance and support.

- A competitive compensation package, including up to $135,000 annually.
