Marina Dockhand

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marina Dockhand to join our team at Bridge Marina Inc. As a key member of our waterfront team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our marina facilities.

• Provide safe and enjoyable boating experiences for our guests
• Support our Boating Club, Boat Rental, Fuel Dock, and Marina guests
• Maintain the cleanliness and care of all marina docks and grounds
• Maintain safety and cleanliness for the Bridge Marina fleet of bowrider, triple pontoons, and center consoles
• Provide orientations and guidance for boaters
• Operate powerboats from 18 to 25 feet

• Schedule including weekends during the summer months
• Teamwork skills and ability to be helpful and courteous with teammates
• Boating certificate or equivalent or 1+ years boating experience
• Valid and clean automobile driver's license
• Positive outlook, strong personal leadership

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen

• Part-time to full-time hours, seasonal, with flexibility to occasionally work additional hours

• Hourly rates range from $15 to $19 per hour based on experience, ability, and role suitability
