Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- One year of relevant experience in the Operating Room or a related field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
