Panco Operations is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Point at Wrentham. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, conducting community tours, and promoting the community through various marketing efforts.

• Deliver top-notch customer service to residents and prospective residents
• Conduct thorough community tours and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Work with residents on lease renewals and ensure a seamless transition
• Support marketing efforts to promote the community, including social media, open houses, and community events
• Prepare and assist with leasing documentation, adhering to all applicable regulations and policies
• Maintain a working knowledge of rent and pricing information, concessions, vacancies, and community offerings
• Collect security deposits, rent, and other funds as needed
• Collaborate with onsite management and maintenance teams to provide residents with exceptional service
• Understand and comply with all Fair Housing laws and standards
• Perform regular inspections of tour routes, models, and vacant apartments to ensure a high level of quality and service

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of one year of sales or leasing experience
• Customer service, hospitality, or product sales background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in working with digital platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a required schedule, including weekends
• Successful completion of background and drug screening prior to employment
