Chief Technology Officer. Esta persona será responsable de liderar y supervisar la estrategia y operaciones tecnológicas dentro de la institución financiera.

Este rol implica gestionar un equipo de profesionales de TI, asegurando la alineación de las iniciativas tecnológicas con los objetivos comerciales y fomentando la innovación para mejorar la ventaja competitiva de la institución.

Además, esta posición es responsable del Servicio de Asistencia Tecnológica, Gestión de Aplicaciones e Infraestructura Tecnológica.

Este rol es integral para el éxito de la institución, asegurando que las iniciativas tecnológicas estén alineadas estratégicamente con los objetivos comerciales, que las operaciones funcionen sin problemas y de manera segura, y que la institución esté preparada para cualquier interrupción.

Este puesto exige una combinación de visión estratégica, experiencia operativa y sólidas capacidades de liderazgo.

El candidato ideal debe tener una pasión por la industria, ser un estratega y colaborador efectivo con excelentes habilidades interpersonales, que esté dedicado a la cultura, visión y estrategia de la cooperativa de crédito.

Para ser un candidato calificado, el CTO debe demostrar un historial comprobado liderando y gestionando tecnología en el sector de servicios financieros.

Deberá demostrar un liderazgo sólido, comunicación clara y la necesidad de inspirar y motivar a su equipo, negociar con proveedores y trabajar de manera transversal.

La empatía, adaptabilidad y toma de decisiones oportuna son cruciales, así como la resiliencia bajo presión. El rol requiere juicio ético y la capacidad de resolver problemas complejos. Además, el CTO debe mentorear y capacitar a los miembros del equipo, fomentando una cultura de aprendizaje y desarrollo continuo. Se requiere un mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo tecnológico, preferiblemente dentro de la industria de servicios financieros.

(1) Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o un campo relacionado; se prefiere un título de posgrado, o (2) educación equivalente y experiencia laboral.
