Lash Extension Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lash Trainer to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio. As a Lash Trainer, you will be responsible for training and mentoring our lash technicians to ensure they provide exceptional service to our clients.

• Train and mentor lash technicians to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve lash technician skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to lash technicians to ensure they are meeting our expectations.
• Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new training programs and initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure they have a positive experience at our studio.

• Must be licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in your state and/or municipality.
• Must have experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections/adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Must have experience increasing quality of service execution of peers.
• Must have a proven track record for gaining repeat business and upgrading services to guests.
• Must have experience facilitating formal technical lash and brow service training in accordance with a training curriculum and certifying successful completion of training programs.
• Must have experience facilitating mentorship or informal on-the-job lash and brow service training.
• Must have experience being a leader in handling a high traffic, high stress environment.
• Must have experience leading organizational culture embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth.
