Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Delta-T Group, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities residing in Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs). This will involve developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior support plans, as well as providing training to staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior support plans to promote positive behavior and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide training to staff members on behavior analysis principles, data collection methods, and crisis intervention techniques.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Attend Care Plan/Individualized Service Plan (COS/ISP) meetings to discuss individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to staff members to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans.
  • Participate in on-call and weekend rotations to provide 24/7 support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) approved BA certification.
  • Tennessee licensed BCBA.
