About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented attorney with a strong background in No-fault caselaw and Regulation 68 issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical abilities, adept communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in No-fault trial litigation.
Responsibilities- Handle all aspects of No-fault defense litigation in the courts of the metropolitan area
- Be very familiar with Regulation 68 issues and No-fault caselaw
- Participate in fraud/special investigations and medical provider fraud cases
- Work proactively and creatively to achieve results
- Admitted to practice law in New York State
- 2-8 years of legal experience
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
- Competitive salary: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
