About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Line Worker to join our team at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality vehicles are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks on the production line, including assembly, inspection, and packaging of vehicles
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure vehicles meet Toyota's high standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

  • A competitive hourly rate of $35.80
  • A 4-year grow-in program with opportunities for advancement
  • A shift premium of $1.50 per hour
  • Potential for wage increases every 6 months

Requirements
  • 18 years old or older at time of application
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
