About the Role

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families about their condition, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced therapies such as hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, ECMO, and intra-aortic balloon pumps.
  • Educate patients and families about their condition, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • A State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License.
  • BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
