Job Responsibilities

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering post-acute care, monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of residents, and tracking their vital signs. You will also perform intakes of residents, document their health concerns and medical histories, and review their medical records and charts. Additionally, you will properly administer and verify medications, help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies, and contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts State License: You must hold a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Massachusetts
  • Education and Experience: You must have completed an approved LPN educational program and have at least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
