BRIA is a community-driven rehabilitation center that prioritizes work-life balance and compassionate care. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to our residents and lead our team with expertise and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Supervise and educate certified nursing assistants to maintain a high standard of care.
  • Prepare and administer medications according to schedules and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and progress.
  • Develop and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing.
  • Current and valid nursing license in the State of Illinois.
  • Current and valid CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
