As an Optical Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and patient care in our Papillion, NE location. With an estimated annual salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000, this is an attractive offer for individuals seeking a rewarding career in optics.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing eyewear needs, recommending specific lenses and frames, ordering and dispensing eyewear accurately and professionally, and assisting patients with proper frame repairs and adjustments. You will also assist optometrists with case histories and screenings, explain promotions and special lens offerings to patients and customers, and balance accounts.

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school graduate or equivalent degree, maintain a license as required by state, and be able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Previous experience in an office and/or optical dispensing is preferred but not necessary. You must also be able to effectively communicate, operate various office equipment, and lift up to 20 pounds.
