Archery Outfitter

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Archery Outfitter to join our team at Cabela's. As an Archery Outfitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the archery department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on archery products and services.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
• Support visual merchandising and display standards in the archery department.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
