Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ushers at Kings Dominion. As an Usher, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at our haunted attractions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Count and record guest attendance, maintaining accurate records and providing data to support business decisions.
• Prepare the attraction area prior to opening, setting up necessary equipment and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our haunted attractions.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to changing weather conditions.
• Must have open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
