Salary: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to develop and test embedded operating system software for vehicle controllers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in embedded software development, hardware integration, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop embedded operating system software for vehicle controllers using C programming language.
  • Execute unit and integration testing of software in various environments, including virtual and lab settings.
  • Analyze issues found during testing and drive for resolution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, or agricultural engineering.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Technical skills in embedded software development, hardware integration, and electrical systems.
  • Experience developing embedded applications using C programming language.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing low-level and middleware drivers for hardware peripherals.
  • Experience with software test and verification (Hardware in Loop, Software in Loop, on Vehicle).
  • Familiarity with electronic test stands using National Instrument modules.
  • Knowledge of GitHub, GitHub actions, Jenkins continuous integration workflows.
  • Experience with CAN communications protocols such as J1939 and ISO 14229 standards.
