Key Responsibilities- Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble components in accordance with approved work instructions, ensuring high-quality products.
- Soldering and Epoxy Adhesion: Perform soldering and epoxy adhesion tasks using specialized equipment.
- Documentation and Traceability: Document the traceability of components and consumables used in assembly, ensuring accurate records.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Identify and report problems to the Production Supervisor, providing feedback on assembly processes and documentation.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Comply with company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Preferred experience in manufacturing processes, with hands-on production experience using small hand tools and shop equipment.
- Skills and Abilities: Mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to interpret specifications and drawings.
The Manufacturing Assembler will work in a fast-paced production environment, with regular exposure to moderate noise levels and high-temperature heat presses. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds, as well as close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
