About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Composites One. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate receipt and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload inbound material, including processing shipments, stocking materials, and notifying management of damaged shipments.
  • Perform a variety of warehouse duties, such as pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy, and conducting daily cycle counts.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area, and ensure the integrity of materials through proper handling and storage.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse environment, including experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory counts.
  • Knowledge of FIFO, OSHA requirements, and safety awareness.
  • Forklift certification a plus, with training and certification provided by the company.
