Pelatron Technologies LLC is in search of a skilled Avionics Integration Specialist to enhance our engineering team. The preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, structural, or systems engineering, coupled with a minimum of ten years of pertinent professional experience.

Position Overview:

In the role of Avionics Integration Specialist, you will be tasked with developing and refining both system-level and detailed technical specifications for avionics integration projects. Your responsibilities will include designing components that adhere to airworthiness, safety, and operational effectiveness standards, ensuring that all activities are executed independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement improvements in system design methodologies
  • Guide and mentor team members as necessary
  • Engage in refining specifications to align with operational requirements
  • Provide direction and leadership to the project team
  • Conduct comprehensive design tasks
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to verify that integration designs fulfill specifications
  • Contribute to the generation and refinement of requirements for both hardware and software solutions
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience: Over 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Skills/Knowledge: Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills
Security Clearance:

A SECRET level clearance within the last five years is mandatory.
