Job OverviewPOSITION TITLE: Warehouse Associate

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Support various warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, loading, and unloading of trucks, as well as stock replenishment and other assigned tasks by the team lead.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory part numbers, order comments, and system entries.
  • Receive incoming products, confirm, and verify quantities in accordance with packing lists and purchase orders.
  • Package and palletize items following company protocols for service, safety, and verification of part numbers and quantities against packing slips and pick tickets.
  • Comply with ISO standards related to warehouse operations.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of products at optimal costs.
  • Utilize shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and Priority Courier.
  • Complete and manage paperwork for all shipments, including bills of lading, instructions, labels, and commercial invoices for international shipments.
  • Enter order confirmations for shipments to initiate invoicing.
  • Fulfill pick lists and work orders from inventory.
  • Promote a positive work environment among all colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the workstation and department.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
  • Forklift certification is advantageous.
  • Possess a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability to change is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. consistently.
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

SHIFT: Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 6 AM and 6 PM.

PAY RANGE: Starting at $18.00, eligible for bonuses.
