Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional monitoring services to ensure the security of every home.
  • Respond to various emergency and non-emergency camera alerts, engaging with customers through direct communication.
  • Utilize critical thinking to assess situations, resolve issues, provide information, and coordinate emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in our database, documenting calls, activities, and account details.
  • Review and annotate images promptly, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Stay informed about company policy updates and training materials relevant to your role.
  • Complete necessary state regulatory licensing during training and participate in ongoing renewal training.
What You Will Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass multiple state licensing background checks and monitoring-related assessments.
  • Preferred experience of 6 to 12 months in a monitoring role.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Capacity to maintain composure and provide reassurance during high-pressure emergency situations.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate circumstances and prioritize effectively.
  • Commitment to contributing to company objectives with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skill in multitasking amidst various simultaneous events.
  • Capability to read and interpret safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality in a structured setting.
Position Requirements:
  • Must be available to work 100% onsite.
Successful candidates must pass background checks to meet state licensing requirements, which include having no criminal convictions or guilty pleas from age 18 onward. This typically encompasses felonies and serious misdemeanors, particularly those related to theft, violence, or dishonesty.
