LaPlante Electric Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level HVAC Technician to join our team in Scarborough, ME. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including troubleshooting and repairing traditional HVAC systems, ductless heat pumps, and electrical components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including traditional HVAC systems and ductless heat pumps
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and electrical components
  • Work collaboratively with experienced technicians to ensure high-quality work
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements:
  • HVACR/Electrician Technology Associate degree or equivalent apprenticeship experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
