About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources.
  • Provide coaching and training to maintenance staff.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to improve maintenance practices.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with maintenance management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
