About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources.
- Provide coaching and training to maintenance staff.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to improve maintenance practices.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with maintenance management software and tools.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
