Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Attendant - Beverage (Part-time) to join our team at Morongo Casino Resort and Spa. As a key member of our Beverage department, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to the Beverage department by removing used items from guest areas and ensuring a clutter-free environment.
  • Remove dirty ashtrays and replace with clean ones, and wash used glass beverage items in the beverage dishwashers.
  • Empty trash bins as they become full and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the casino floor.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and lift up to 25 pounds consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with guests and other team members, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age to work in the Beverage department.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in alcoholic beverage service in a high-volume beverage-serving establishment.
  • Certified Food Handler Card required.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced work environment with moderate to loud noise levels and a smoking environment. The team member must be able to cope with these conditions and maintain a high level of productivity.

Working Hours

As a 24/7 operation, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require Team Members to be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. A typical workweek and normal work schedules may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday.
