Work Schedule:
Full Time, Shift 1, 40 hours, 7:30 am- 4:00 pm, M-F
Compensation:
$42-$52 per hour (based on experience/hospital scale)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a committed and skilled Ultrasound Technologist to become part of our dynamic healthcare team. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The Ultrasound Technologist will be tasked with a variety of duties, including:
- Conducting high-quality ultrasound examinations in accordance with departmental protocols and physician directives.
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Providing clear and detailed images for diagnostic evaluation.
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings.
- Assisting in the management and care of patients before, during, and after ultrasound examinations.
- Maintaining ultrasound equipment in optimal working condition and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staying current with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
- Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in abdomen and obstetrics/gynecology (ob/gyn).
- Strong technical abilities to produce and assess ultrasound images and related data utilized by physicians for medical diagnoses.
- Excellent patient care skills with the capacity to convey complex medical information clearly and compassionately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- A high level of professionalism and compliance with all privacy and patient safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
