Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and health monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition or behavior.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform job duties, including standing, walking, and lifting.
