Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assess properties for structural integrity, addressing any issues with windows, doors, and walls.
  • Complete necessary preparations to ensure properties are ready for new occupants.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and service history for all equipment.
  • Implement preventative maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate safety hazards.
  • Assist with additional maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance tools, techniques, and procedures.
  • Willingness to be on call for maintenance emergencies during evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, effective communication, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
