Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in our production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize production areas to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing, adhering to cGMP compliance.
  • Execution of Cleaning Tasks: Execute routine and non-routine cleaning of operational areas, following work instructions and SOPs.
  • Maintenance and Documentation: Maintain cGMP compliance in assigned work, including documentation of all activities.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Formulate cleaning solutions, document, and complete preventative maintenance tasks and visual inspections.
  • Task Prioritization: Ensure tasks are completed with a method of prioritization.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in shift exchanges, 1-1s meetings, and team shift huddles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of cleaning experience from any industry.
  • Skills: Good computer skills and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Preferred: Previous GMP experience.
