We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who can work independently and as part of a team.
You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of maintenance experience, with a strong understanding of residential maintenance practices and procedures.
Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
Estimated Salary: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
