We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Laurel Life. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction for children, youth, or young adults, developing and monitoring Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs), and implementing non-aversive behavioral change methods.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
- Develop and supervise individualized behavior modification plans, including functional analysis as needed.
- Maintain progress notes and prepare professional summaries documenting client behavior and progress.
- Design and direct the implementation of behavioral intervention plans.
- Conduct regular data reviews to assess progress.
- Participate in interagency treatment plan meetings as required.
- Provide clinical oversight to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) following BACB standards.
- Develop cooperative relationships with community agencies to facilitate treatment services.
- Work as a positive team member, supporting the team's mission and goals.
- Serve as a role model for positive behavior and demonstrate professional responsibility.
- Attend required meetings, trainings, and engage in professional growth activities.
- Licensed in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor (LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), clinical social worker (LCSW), social worker (LSW), behavior specialist (LBS), or a professional qualified to oversee ABA services.
- Certification as a BCBA or equivalent, accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
- Updated Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Background Check, and Act 31 CPSL Mandated Reporter Training.
- Work settings include schools, homes, community locations, churches, activity centers, and extended family homes.
- Summer and recreational programs may involve physical activities.
- May involve working with verbally or physically abusive clients.
