Job Summary:

The County of Mercer, Department of Human Services, Division of Public Health is seeking a highly skilled Parking Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our public health team, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders, including health departments, hospitals, OEM, and other key public health partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Manage vaccine inventory and maintain accurate records in accordance with NJIIS and CDRSS guidelines.
  • Coordinate and implement multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with vaccine management and familiarity with NJIIS and CDRSS.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
