We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Phillipsburg. As an SLP, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid PA Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- PREFERRED: School-based experience or pediatric experience.
- Strong understanding of child development and speech-language pathology best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- A competitive salary package of approximately $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
